No Cancellation or Refund Policy

We appreciate your interest in our services. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with any purchase. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Policy :

Once a service has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Failure to utilize the service for any reason
  • Any other circumstances not explicitly stated herein

Refund Policy :

We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. All sales are final.

Exceptions:

In rare cases where there are extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the client, and solely at our discretion, we may consider providing a credit or alternative solution. However, this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and does not guarantee a refund or cancellation of services.

DK Infotech Solutions values fairness and transparency. Policy updates are immediate upon posting, and using our services constitutes acceptance of all current terms.

  • Any changes become effective immediately upon website posting or client notification.
  • Engaging with Dk Infotech services implies acceptance of this policy.
  • A chargeback refers to an uncollectible transaction returned by the user, payer, or acquiring bank for refund.
  • Reasons for chargeback include: defective or unsatisfactory products, duplicate/unrecognized transactions, bank rejections, hacked/unauthorized usage, or unsuccessful transactions.
  • Due to rapid fund movements, payments once initiated are generally irreversible.
  • Users must notify their bank and Dk Infotech immediately in case of a chargeback request.
  • Chargebacks may only be possible for debit/credit card payments within prescribed timelines.
  • For other payment modes, retraction may not be possible.
  • If a chargeback arises for unpaid transactions, users/payers must resolve the dispute with the payee/service provider within **45 days**.
  • If unresolved within 45 days, Dk Infotech may directly credit the disputed amount to the payer’s account by debiting the payee.
  • This debit cannot be disputed by the payee once executed.
  • If settlement is reached within the 45-day period, Dk Infotech will act per the terms of resolution agreed by both parties.
  • For transactions where the payee has already been paid, the payer must resolve the dispute with the payee/service provider directly.
  • Dk Infotech is not liable for refunds unless it receives the chargeback amount from the acquiring bank/service provider.
  • Once received, Dk Infotech will transfer the refunded amount to the payer within **7 days**.
  • Users, payees, and service providers are expected to cooperate and resolve issues promptly to avoid payment delays.
